An Irish Ceili:Concert and Dance@ Tigard Library from 6:30-8:30PM. Start celebrating St. Patrick's Day early with a fun, lively program featuring Irish music and dance. Piper Tim Birr kicks off the evening with a bagpipe prelude at 6:15 p.m. Musicians will sing and play flute, whistle, fiddle and guitar in a short concert starting at 6:30 p.m. In the spirit of a traditional cil (community social gathering), learn some traditional dance steps from Sam Keator while the musicians accompany you.
