Greek Festival, Nat'l Walk to School Day & Fall Plant and Books Sales!

Hi! Everyone-

Many library events and there's the deliciious Greek Festival on the weekend! We always get great deals at the Tigard Library book sale and we'll have to check out the Plant Sale at the Nature Park.

Don't forget to walk or bike to school on Wednesday if you can for Nat'l Walk and Bike to school day!

Oct 1st

Nature Day in the Park@ Willow Creek Greenway (Beaverton) from 11AM-3PM.

Stretching west from SW 158th and Cornell over to Five Oaks Middle School, this greenway follows the creek as it flows through wetlands and forests. Discover the wetland and upland animals that call this stream corridor home while exploring Willow Creek and some of the connecting trails.Education staff and volunteers will be leading interactive activities and Park Rangers will be available to answer your questions.The activities will be set up along the trail, which can be reached from any of the neighborhood entrances between NW 158th and NW 173rd.
