Guys and Dolls@ Valley Catholic High School (4275 SW 148th Ave., Beaverton) at 7PM.Check out a local high school version of the Tony Award winning musical set in 1950 NYC. The story surrounds the life of a carefree gambler with classic songs - "Luck Be a Lady" and "Bushel and a Peck". Ticket prices are $10 for adults, $6 for students and $3 for kids under 5. Art of Storytelling Kick-Off@ Beaverton City Library from 1-2:30PM.Beaverton City Library kicks off the 10th annual storytelling festival, Art of the Story, with two nationally renowned tellers, Alton Chung and Will Hornyak. Alton Chung tells Tales From The Hawaiian Monarchy and Will Hornyak presents Tales from the Edge. FREE Build a Build a Birdbath/Birdfeeder@ Home Depot stores (closest would be 4401 SW 110th Ave) from 9AM to Noon. Kids will learn tool safety and have fun working on this "hands-on" project.
