29th Annual Woodburn Tulip Fest @ Wooden Shoe Tulip Farm (33814 S. Meridian Road, Woodburn) from 9AM-6PM daily through May 3rd.Tip toe through the tulips! Open House@ Murray Scholls Branch at Noon!Join Mayor Denny Doyle, Beaverton City Library staff, and the Beaverton community for a celebration of the newly expanded and renovated Murray Scholls Branch Library.The library invites adults, children, and families to enjoy cake and fun activities for kids, along with a few words by Mayor Doyle. Also, don't forget about Food For Fines starting Today! In celebration of National Library Week, both Beaverton Library branches will be doing a Food for Fines drive. For every non-perishable food item you bring to the desk, the library will waive $2 in fines from your library account up to $20. Bills for lost or damaged items are not eligible for fine amnesty.
