Nov 1st

Book Babies@ Tigard Library from 10:30-11:30AM.

Nov 2nd

Make a Lego Mini-Thanksgiving Turkey@ Lego Store (Wash. Sq.) from 5PM until supplies last!

Free! Phone the store for more details at 503/670-9109. You can just never have enough Legos, can you? For kids from 6 to 14. Supplies are limited so arrive early. I have seen parents and kids line up at least 45 minutes ahead before!

Preschool Storytime@ Beaverton City Library at Murray Scholls at 9:30AM. Get your morning started with fun stories for  kids from 3ish to 5 years old at the newest branch! Baby Hour@ Portland Art Museum at 10AM. Get some culture with your cutie! Take a group tour at 10AM with your baby (up to one year old) followed by coffee and conversation. $12 per person ($5 for a member). The founder of Cook's Illustrated  will  talk about his new book - "Fannie's Last Supper"- which recreates an extravagant 12-course Christmas dinner from Fannie Farmer's The Boston Cooking School Cookbook from 1896.
