Jul 20th

Make Your Own Musical Instrument@ Garden Home Library from 10:30AM-11:30AM.

Make all kinds of musical instruments from recycled items. Feel free to bring jars, tubs, paper towel tubes, and other recyclables to add to the fun. For all ages!

Regal Summer $1 Movies@ Local Theaters at 10AM. See a G or PG movie every Tues&Wed through August! Go to and click on "Coming Soon" and "Regal Summer Movie Express" for participating theaters and movie schedule.

Tanasbourne Farmers Market@ Whole Foods Market (19440 NW Cornell Road, Hillsboro) from 4:30-7:30PM. Plenty of local vendors, great food, and more!

Bring your dull kitchen knives for sharpening to Edgemaster Mobile Sharpening at the corner of SW3rd Ave.and SW Washington Street (near Smokin' Rose BBQ). $3-$6 per knife and you can go shop and come back to pick up!!! I'm really happy with the 2 knives that I had sharpened there!!!

Health Starts Here: Kids Can Cook with Cherries!@ Whole Foods Market (19440 NW Cornell Road, Hillsboro) at 4:30PM.

Cherry salsa with balsamic vinegar, lemon cream with blueberries and red, white and blue fruit salad will be featured in this class. The kids will participate in a 100% hands on cooking class that will show them every step necessary to make these delicious treats.Suggested donation is one can of food for the OR Food Bank.
